Brent is a member of the Egis executive leadership team. He is responsible for overseeing all agency operations including outreach, agency services, client retention, and agency growth planning. He provides a consultative approach to identifying insurance needs to keep the clients of Egis well protected. Brent offers insurance solutions to new clients while maintains ongoing communication with current clients to ensure their changing needs are met. Prior to joining Egis, Brent worked in aviation for over a decade in several roles: commercial pilot, flight instructor, and flight school management. Working in the aviation industry, Brent learned how to keep calm and effectively multitask when placed in a stressful position, allowing him to handle any situation. Aviation can also be a risky field, lending itself to develop and promote awareness of risk management strategies. All relevant traits to the work performed with Egis.

Brent earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of West Florida. Brent is licensed in both Commercial Lines insurance as well as Life, Health, and Annuities in the State of Florida; and has earned several professional insurance designations: Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), and Certified School Risk Manager (CSRM).
